Due to concerns around COVID-19 The Klinik has decided to postpone future atheltic-based and on-court programs. We apologize for the brief hiatus and thank you for your patience. In the mean time, our focus will be building and sharing digital at home content with our members.

Off-season Dry Land Training

All athletes from different sports are welcome. Athletic training sessions do not include basketball skills.

Skills Training

The Klinik finds weaknesses and attacks them head on. Our skill sessions will be led by high performance individuals that have all played at a high level and have knowledge from years of experience. These sessions will last an hour and each student will leave with homework, teaching them to improve even on their own time.

Camps

We have camps for everyone, from beginners to experts. Players are broken up into their respective levels to get the most enhancement out of the experience. The Klinik camps offer skill training, in game play, athletic based training, and injury prevention segments. Prizes such as shoe giveaways, gear, and future camp deals are included.

Athletic Training

The Klinik’s foundation is athletic based training. The attention to detail in this area is what separates our training from the rest. Athletic based training has no age limit and is catered to each individual’s body. Through this training, people will gain practical athletic advantages that apply to any sport. To illustrate this, The Klinik has worked not only with basketball athletes, but with those in football, softball, track and field, and soccer as well. This program will help athletes jump higher, run faster, and have faster reflexes.
